Couthures-sur-Garonne ( Gascon Coturas sus Garona ) is a French municipality with 339 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Marmande and the canton of Marmande-1 (until 2015 Meilhan-sur-Garonne ). The inhabitants are called Couthurains .

Couthures-sur-Garonne is about eight kilometers west-northwest of Marmande on the Garonne . Couthures-sur-Garonne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Jusix in the north and north-west, Sainte-Bazeille in the east, Gaujac in the south-east, Marcellus in the south and Meilhan-sur-Garonne in the south and west.
