Saint-Sauveur-de-Meilhan ( Gascon Sent Salvador del Lizos ) is a French municipality with 333 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Marmande and the canton of Marmande-1 (until 2015 Meilhan-sur-Garonne ). The inhabitants are called Salvatoriens .

Saint-Sauveur-de-Meilhan is about 18 kilometers west-southwest of Marmande . Saint-Sauveur-de-Meilhan is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Noaillac in the north and northwest, Meilhan-sur-Garonne in the east and northeast, Cocumont in the southeast, Sigalens in the south and west and Aillas in the west.
