Seira is a Spanish municipality in the Huesca province of the autonomous community of Aragon . The place is in the Comarca Ribagorza in the valley of the Ésera . Seira is considered the gateway to the Benasque Valley , which is closed by the Congosto de Ventamillo. There is a hydroelectric power plant in Seira.
