Torrente de Cinca ( Catalan Torrent de Cinca ) is a municipality in the province of Huesca in the autonomous community of Aragon in Spain . It is located in the Comarca Bajo Cinca south of Fraga on the right bank of the Río Cinca and belongs to the predominantly Catalan-speaking Franja de Aragón .
