Stráž nad Nisou , formerly Starý Habendorf (German Althabendorf , also Alt Habendorf or Alt-Habendorf ), is a municipality in the Liberec district in the Czech Republic . The place is located at the confluence of the Black Neisse (Černá Nisa) in the Lusatian Neisse (Lužická Nisa) .
history
After the Munich Agreement , the place was added to the German Empire and belonged to the Reichenberg district until 1945 .
Community structure
Stráž nad Nisou consists of the districts Stráž nad Nisou (Althabendorf) and Svárov ( Schwarau ), which also form cadastral districts. Stráž nad Nisou includes the settlement Bělidlo ( Bleiche ) and the locality Nová Stráž ( Neuhabendorf ).
