25th international six-day trip
The 25th International Six Day Ride was an off-road motorcycle competition that took place from September 18 to 23, 1950 in Llandrindod Wells, Welsh, and the surrounding area. The national teams of Great Britain won the World Trophy for the fourteenth and also third time in a row and the silver vase for the tenth time.

The event took place for the fifth time in Llandrindod Wells, after the 15th (1933), 19th (1937), 20th (1938) and 24th International Six-Day Tour (1949) were held here.
232 drivers from ten FIM motorsport associations were registered for the competition. Teams from three nations competed for the trophy. There were also eight silver vase teams at the start.
German drivers and teams were not at the start. Austria took part in the World Trophy.
1 day
Of the 232 registered drivers, 213 took up the competition.
The first day's stage led over 245.5 mi (395 km) first north, then south and back to the starting point.
In the World Trophy, the UK team led ahead of Austria and Italy. Austria already had one driver retirement, the Italian team had two retirements.
2 day
The second stage was divided into a day trip of 212.5 mi (342 km) and a night trip of 89 mi (143 km).
In the World Trophy, the UK team led ahead of Austria and Italy. Two other drivers retired from the Italian team, leaving only one driver.
3rd day
On the third day, the route was driven in the opposite direction in daylight from the previous day.
In the World Trophy, the UK team led ahead of Austria and Italy.
4th day
The fourth day's stage was 249 mi (401 km) long and ran completely north of Llandrindod Wells.
In the World Trophy, the UK team led ahead of Austria and Italy. The Austrian team had a second driver absence, and at the end of the day none of the Italian team was in the race.
5th day
The route was identical to the previous day and had to be completed in the opposite direction.
In the World Trophy, the UK team continued to lead ahead of Austria and Italy.
6th day
On the last day a short 48 mi (77 km) stage was driven to Eppynt, where the final race (speed test) took place.
Of the 231 riders who started on the first day, 81 reached the finish.

Individual evaluation
Of the 81 riders at the finish, 38 received gold, 16 silver and 12 bronze medals.
