The final motocross race, the last special stage, took place on the Esanatoglia World Championship course, which was shortened to 2 km . The drivers in the classes up to and including 75 cm³ had to complete five laps, all others seven. The lap times were used to determine the good points; penalty points were awarded for each lap not driven. The jury subsequently reduced the target number of laps to four or six and rated them accordingly.
