95th Division (German Empire)

The 95th Division was a major unit of the Prussian army in the First World War .

history

The division was formed on July 1, 1917 on the Eastern Front , where it fought until the conclusion of the Brest-Litovsk Peace Treaty . She then acted as an occupying force in Ukraine beyond the end of the First World War . The last units of the division returned home on March 16, 1919, were demobilized and finally disbanded.
