11th Division (German Empire)

The 11th Division , also known as the 11th Infantry Division for the duration of the mobile relationship , was a large unit of the Prussian Army .

history

The large association was originally set up as a troop brigade in Breslau on November 5, 1816 and then expanded to a division on September 5, 1818.

Franco-German War

During the Franco-Prussian War , the division took part in the bombardment of Pfalzburg and Toul and the battle at Moulin Saquet.
