101st Division (German Empire)

The 101st Division was a major unit of the Prussian army in the First World War .

history

The division was assembled on May 9, 1915 on the Eastern Front and then deployed there. Since July 14, 1917, the troops of the division were independent, so that the association disappeared as such and only as a division staff z. b. V. No. 101 was led. This was finally dissolved on February 6, 1918.
