86th Division (German Empire)
The 86th Division was a major unit of the Prussian army in the First World War .
history
The association emerged from the "Wernitz" division, which had existed since the beginning of the First World War and was budgeted as the 86th division in March 1915. She fought on the Eastern Front until the armistice there. At the end of January 1918 he was transferred to France on the Western Front . She worked there until the end of the war and then marched back home. Here it was demobilized until the beginning of February 1919 and finally dissolved.
