105th Division (German Empire)

The 105th Infantry Division was a major unit of the Prussian army in the First World War .

history

The division was assembled on May 9, 1915 near Thorn and then deployed on the Eastern Front. Pulled out of the front at the end of October 1917 and relocated to the West , she fought here until the end of the war. She then marched back home, was demobilized and finally dissolved in January 1919.
