Arpheuilles is a French municipality with 297 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Amand-Montrond and the canton of Dun-sur-Auron (until 2015: canton of Charenton-du-Cher ). The inhabitants are called Arpheuillois .

Arpheuilles is located about 27 kilometers south-southeast of Bourges . Arpheuilles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Parnay in the north, Verneuil in the north-east, Le Pondy in the east and north-east, Charenton-du-Cher in the east and south-east, Saint-Pierre-les-Étieux in the south, Saint-Amand-Montrond in the south-west and Meillant in the West.
