Central German BC filed for bankruptcy during the current season. He was banned from playing. After a preliminary injunction, the team could continue to participate in the game. In June 2004, the team's license for the season was subsequently revoked.
Brandt Hagen stopped playing on December 29, 2003. All games played by the team up to that point were removed from the rating.
