The Basketball Bundesliga season 2013/14 (officially Beko Basketball Bundesliga ) was the 48th season of the top German division in men's basketball . The regular season started on October 3, 2013 and ended on May 1, 2014 with the 34th and final game day. The play-offs began on May 10 and ended on June 18, 2014.
In the play-off final, FC Bayern Munich defeated the Alba Berlin team 3-1 and thus secured their first BBL win and the third championship overall.
