This discography is an overview of the musical works of the Bee Gees , a British pop music trio consisting of the brothers Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb, which existed from 1958 to the 2000s. It includes the recordings of the band from their first releases in Australia in 1963 to the mixes and compilations released after Maurice Gibb's death in 2003.
In their career they have sold over 120 million records so far, of which over 12.1 million in their home country alone, making them one of the most successful musicians of all time . In Germany alone, the Bee Gees have sold over 8.6 million records to date, making them one of the performers with the highest number of records sold in Germany . Their single Massachusetts sold over two million times and is one of the best-selling singles in Germany . With the albums Saturday Night Fever: The Original Movie Sound Track (1.5 million) and The Very Best of the Bee Gees (1 million), the Bee Gees also landed two more million-sellers, which are among the best-selling music albums in Germany .
