Bussy is about 29 kilometers south-southeast of Bourges . Bussy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vornay in the north, Osmery in the northeast, Lantan in the east, Chalivoy-Milon in the southeast, Cogny in the south and Dun-sur-Auron in the northwest.
