Cubelles is a French municipality with 152 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Loire in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Brioude and the canton of Gorges de l'Allier-Gévaudan (until 2015 Saugues ).

Cubelles is about 28 kilometers west-southwest of Le Puy-en-Velay . The municipality is crossed by the Seuge River. Neighboring municipalities of Cubelles are Charraix in the north, Prades in the northeast, Monistrol-d'Allier in the east and southeast, Saugues in the south and southeast, and Venteuges in the west and southwest.
