Galinagues is a French commune with 35 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aude department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the canton of La Haute-Vallée de l'Aude and the Arrondissement of Limoux . Neighboring municipalities are Espezel in the northwest, Belfort-sur-Rebenty in the north, Rodome in the east and Mazuby in the southwest.
