Festes-et-Saint-André is a municipality with 206 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the French department of Aude in Occitania (before 2016 Languedoc-Roussillon ). It belongs to the canton of La Region Limouxine (until 2015 Limoux ) in the Arrondissement of Limoux . The inhabitants are called Festandréens .
