Campagne-sur-Aude is a French commune in the Limoux arrondissement in the Aude department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Languedoc-Roussillon ) in the foothills of the Pyrenees . It has 581 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). Campagne-sur-Aude belongs to the canton of La Haute-Vallée de l'Aude (until 2015 Quillan ) and to the communal association Communauté de communes Pyrénées Audoises . The inhabitants are called Campenois .

Campagne-sur-Aude is located about 38 kilometers south-southwest of Carcassonne on the Aude . Campagne-sur-Aude is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Val-du-Faby with Fa in the north and west, Espéraza in the east and north-east, Saint-Ferriol in the south and south-east and Quillan in the south and south-west.
