Loupia is a municipality with 240 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the French department of Aude in Occitania (before 2016 Languedoc-Roussillon ). It belongs to the canton of La Region Limouxine (until 2015 Limoux ) in the Arrondissement of Limoux . The inhabitants are called Loupianais .

geography

Loupia is located about 27 kilometers southwest of Carcassonne . Loupia is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Donazac in the north, Pauligne in the north and northeast, Malras in the east, Ajac in the south and southeast and Villelongue-d'Aude in the south and west.
