Pomy ( Occitan : Pontmir ) is a southern French municipality with 59 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the center of the Aude department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Languedoc-Roussillon ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Limoux and the canton of La Piège au Razès ( Alaigne until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Pominois .

location

Pomy is located on the southeastern edge of the Lauragais in the former county of Razès about 30 kilometers southwest of Carcassonne . Pomy is surrounded by the neighboring communities Monthaut in the north, Villelongue-d'Aude in the east, Courtauly in the south and Peyrefitte-du-Razès in the west.
