Greffeil ( Occitan : Grefuèlh ) is a municipality with 79 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in southern France in the Aude department . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Limoux and the Canton of Limoux (until 2015: Canton Saint-Hilaire ). The inhabitants are called Greffeillois .

Greffeil is located about 15 kilometers south-southeast of the city center of Carcassonne am Lauquet . Greffeil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ladern-sur-Lauquet in the north, Villar-en-Val in the east, Clermont-sur-Lauquet in the south and south-east and Saint-Hilaire in the west and north-west.
