Tourreilles is a commune with 127 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the French department of Aude in Occitania (before 2016 Languedoc-Roussillon ). It belongs to the canton of La Region Limouxine (until 2015 Limoux ) in the Arrondissement of Limoux . The inhabitants are called Tourreillois .

Tourreilles is about 29 kilometers southwest of Carcassonne . Tourreilles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Digne-d'Amont in the north, La Digne-d'Aval in the northeast, Magrie in the east, Roquetaillade-et-Conilhac with Roquetaillade in the south and southeast, Bouriège in the south and southwest and Castelreng in the west.
