Roquetaillade-et-Conilhac is a French commune with 277 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aude department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the canton of Quillan and the arrondissement of Limoux .
It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2019 through the amalgamation of the previous communities of Conilhac-de-la-Montagne and Roquetaillade , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Roquetaillade.
Neighboring communities are Tourreilles in the north-west, Magrie in the north, Alet-les-Bains in the east, Antugnac in the south, La Serpent in the south-west and Bouriège in the west. The municipality is crossed by the Corneilla river.
