Belvèze-du-Razès ( Occitan : Bèlvéser ) is a southern French municipality with 868 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the center of the Aude department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Languedoc-Roussillon ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Limoux (until 2017 Limoux ) and the canton La Piège au Razès (until 2015 Alaigne ). The inhabitants are called Belvézois .

Belvèze-du-Razès is located on the southeastern edge of the Lauragais in the former county of Razès about 25 kilometers west-southwest of Carcassonne am Sou . Belvèze-du-Razès is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gramazie in the north, Cailhau in the northeast, Cambieure in the east, Routier in the southeast, Alaigne in the south, Bellegarde-du-Razès in the southwest and Mazerolles-du-Razès in the west and northwest.
