Georges Pintens (1969)

Georges Pintens (born October 15, 1946 in Antwerp ) is a former Belgian cyclist .

Pintens was from 1968 to 1976 pro - cyclists . As an amateur he was able to celebrate important successes. So he won the amateur version of the classic Paris – Roubaix . As a professional, he was able to win many important one-day races . With the victory at Liège – Bastogne – Liège , he succeeded in winning one of the five monuments of cycling .
