List of imperial and royal purveyors to the court 1899

The coat of arms with the imperial double-headed eagle was allowed to carry the holders of the kuk chamber and court title in public.

The names and dates of the imperial and royal court purveyors for 1899 come from the official handbook of the Viennese court.

The total number of suppliers who carried the kuk chamber title was 19, all in Vienna . Two of them were women.

Most of the suppliers were based in Vienna, outside of there there were suppliers in Linz , Bratislava , Pest and Buda , Prague , etc. There were foreign court holders in Egypt , Belgium , Germany , England , France , Greece , Ireland , Italy , the Netherlands , Russia , Sweden , Spain , Turkey , the United States of America and one in Yokohama , Japan .

Imperial chamber artists such as chamber singers and chamber virtuosos are not considered purveyors to the court (p. 349).
