The Rijksweg 35 (abbreviation: RW 35 ) - short form: Autosnelweg 35 (abbreviation: A35 ) / Autoweg 35 (abbreviation: N35 ) - is a Dutch motorway , which is partly as a motorway over a length of about 119 km from Zwolle via Heino , Raalte , Nijverdal , Wierden , (from here A35) Almelo , Hengelo and Enschede to the German border near Enschede. There it joins Bundesstrasse 54 .

* N35 border crossing Enschede - Enschede At the border crossing the N35 joins the federal highway 54 , which runs from there via Gronau , Münster and Steinfurt to Wiesbaden . It crosses the federal highway 31 and the federal highway 1 .

• A35 Enschede - Wierden Since 2002 the section between the Enschede exit and the Knooppunt Azelo has been developed as a motorway. On September 29, 2007 , the remaining section between the Knooppunt Azelo and Wierden was completed. The A35 runs together with the A1 between the Knooppunt Buren and the Knooppunt Azelo .

• N35 Wierden - Zwolle Within the city of Zwolle , the N35 is also called Ceintuurbaan and it forms part of the Zwolle Ring. The road is currently being expanded from 2 × 2 to 2 × 3 lanes at this point. Between Zwolle and Raalte , the road is to be expanded into an almost 100 km long motorway with 2 × 2 lanes. In Nijverdal , the road runs right through the center, where traffic jams often occur, which is why a tunnel is to be built there.

• Dec. 18, 1979 - Azelo - Delden opened as a motorway
• November 25, 1986 - Knooppunt Buren opens
• 1993 - Glanerbrug - Enschede opened as a car road
• 1995 - Enschede-West opens - Enschede as a car road
• 1999 - Enschede - Gronau opened as a road
• 2002 - Enschede-West - Enschede opens as a motorway
• March 9, 2004 - City of Wierden proposes the expansion of the A35 / N35
• August 13, 2007 - Opening of the connection N35 - Almelo-West as a motorway
• September 29, 2007 - Almelo-Zuid - Almelo-West opens as a motorway
