Roccafranca is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 4800 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Brescia in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 26 kilometers west-southwest of Brescia on Parco dell'Oglio Nord and borders directly on the provinces of Bergamo and Cremona . The Oglio forms the western border of the municipality.
