Gardone Val Trompia is an Italian town with 11,559 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Val Trompia in the province of Brescia .

Gardone Val Trompia is particularly known for its traditional firearms industry. In Gardone Val Trompia there is a museum with a weapons collection . Among other things, the manufacturers of modern handguns Fabbrica d'Armi Pietro Beretta , Sabatti spa, Fratelli Tanfoglio SNC and Fabbrica Armi di Mario Abbiatico e Remo Salvinelli ( FAMARS ) have their headquarters in Gardone Val Trompia . Beretta was first mentioned in a document in 1526.
