Alfianello is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 2425 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Brescia in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 28 kilometers south of Brescia on Parco dell'Oglio Nord and borders directly on the province of Cremona . The Oglio forms the southern municipal boundary.

In February 1883, a meteorite fell in the municipality of Alfianello.
