Concesio is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 15,746 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Brescia in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 7 kilometers north of Brescia at the foot of Monte Spina in Val Trompia , through which the Mella flows.
