Saint-Vital is a French municipality with 694 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). Saint-Vital belongs to the canton of Albertville-2 (until 2015 Canton of Grésy-sur-Isère ) in the Arrondissement of Albertville and is a member of the communauté d'agglomération Arlysère .
geography
Saint-Vital is about 30 kilometers east-northeast of Chambéry and about ten kilometers southwest of Albertville an der Isère , which forms the southeastern border. Saint-Vital is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cléry in the north, Frontenex in the east and northeast, Sainte-Hélène-sur-Isère in the south and southeast and Montailleur in the west.
