Clery is a French municipality with 404 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . Frontenex belongs to the canton of Albertville-2 (until 2015: canton of Grésy-sur-Isère ) in the arrondissement of Albertville and is a member of the Communauté de communes de la Haute Combe de Savoie . The inhabitants are called Clarollains .

geography

Cléry is about 30 kilometers east-northeast of Chambéry and about eight kilometers west-southwest of Albertville . Cléry is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Verrens-Arvey in the north and east, Frontenex in the south-east, Saint-Vital and Montailleur in the south, École in the west and Jarsy in the west and north-west. The community is located within the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park .
