Tournon is a French municipality with 611 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). Tournon belongs to the canton of Albertville-2 (until 2015 canton of Grésy-sur-Isère ) in the Arrondissement of Albertville and is a member of the Communauté d'agglomération Arlysère .

Tournon is located about 31 kilometers east-northeast of Chambéry and about seven kilometers southwest of Albertville an der Isère . Tournon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Verrens-Arvey in the north and north-west, Gilly-sur-Isère in the east and north-east, Notre-Dame-des-Millières in the south and south-east and Frontenex in the west and south-west.

The Albertville airfield is located in the municipality .
