Notre-Dame-des-Millières is surrounded by the neighboring communities Gilly-sur-Isère in the north, Monthion in the east and northeast, Saint-Paul-sur-Isère in the southeast, Sainte-Hélène-sur-Isère in the south and west, Frontenex in the West and northwest and Tournon to the west and northwest.
