The Citroën C6 is a sedan of the upper middle class of the French car manufacturer Citroën . The vehicle was shown to the public for the first time at the Beijing Auto Show 2016, and it was launched in China in October 2016 . The C6 is built exclusively for China at Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile in Wuhan .

The vehicle is on the EMP2 - Platform of PSA , on the even of the Dongfeng Fengshen A9 based and the DS9 will be based.

The drive is either a 123 kW (167 PS) 1.6-liter petrol engine or a 150 kW (204 PS) 1.8-liter petrol engine. Both are also used in the DS 4S , the DS5 LS and the DS 6 . A 6- speed automatic transmission with manually selectable gear stages is used as the transmission .
