The judicial district of Kirchbach in Styria was a judicial district in the state of Styria which was subordinate to the District Court of Kirchbach in Styria . It included parts of the Feldbach district and was added to the Feldbach political district in 1976.

history

The judicial district of Kirchbach in Styria was created as the judicial district of Kirchbach through an announcement made in 1849 by the State Court Introductory Commission . Originally it comprised the 21 communities of Aschau , Baumgarten , Frannach , Gloiach , Graftorf , Jagerberg , Kirchbach , Krottendorf , Lichtenegg , Lugitsch , Maggau , Mitterlabill , Petersdorf , Schwarzau , St. Stefan , Trossengraben , Ungerdorf , Unterauersbach , Wetzelsdorf , Zerlach and Ziprein .

In the course of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district of Kirchbach together with the judicial districts of Fehring , Fürstenfeld and Feldbach formed the district of Feldbach .

The composition of the Feldbach district remained unchanged until 1938. It was not until the National Socialist administrative changes that the court district of Fürstenfeld was separated from the Feldbach district and merged with parts of the Burgenland districts of Güssing and Jennersdorf to form the Fürstenfeld district. As early as 1945, however, Burgenland was rebuilt and the Burgenland district parts were again ceded to Burgenland. The Fürstenfeld district continued to exist, even if it now only consisted of the Fürstenfeld judicial district.

When the municipality of Kirchbach was renamed Kirchbach in Styria on June 1, 1951, the court district of the same name also changed its name.

In the course of the amalgamation of several judicial districts, the Kirchbach judicial districts in Styria and Fehring were dissolved on October 1, 1976 and merged with the Feldbach judicial district.

As part of the so-called reform partnership between the SPÖ and ÖVP, the judicial district or political district of Feldbach will form the district of Southeast Styria together with the judicial district or district of Radkersburg from 2013 .

Courthouse

At the time of its dissolution, the judicial district of Kirchbach in Styria comprised the 14 municipalities of Aug-Radisch , Baumgarten bei Gnas , Edelstauden , Frannach , Glojach , Jagerberg , Kirchbach in Steiermark , Mitterlabill , Petersdorf II , Pirching am Traubenberg , St. Stefan im Rosental , Schwarzau im Schwarzautal , Unterauersbach and Zerlach .
