Joko & Klaas gegen ProSieben is a German game show that has been broadcast on the private broadcaster ProSieben since May 28, 2019 . The show is a competition between Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf ( Joko and Klaas ) and their employer ProSieben. The game will be played at 15 minutes of live broadcast time in prime time on the day after the broadcast. The show is moderated by Steven Gätjen . The show is broadcast on Tuesdays at 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben.

The show has been extended by a fourth season, which is scheduled to start on September 8, 2020.

Game concept

The games are similar to the studio games from the duel around the world , with Joko and Klaas either competing as a team against opponents or having to pass a task set by ProSieben. The most common opponent is a celebrity duo, it can also be one or more prominent or non-prominent opponents. A total of six games and a final will take place per show. A task is given to the two of them before the broadcast and integrated into the show as a VTR .

The more games Joko & Klaas win before the final, the greater their advantage for the all-important task. If the two win the final, they will have 15 minutes of live airtime from 8:15 p.m. on the day after the broadcast, in which they can do whatever they want. These are sent once and are not officially made available online. However, if their employer wins, Joko & Klaas have to submit to a penalty set by ProSieben.
