La Piarre is a French commune in the Hautes-Alpes in the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur . It belongs to the arrondissement of Gap and the canton of Serres .
geography
La Piarre is located in the Maritime Alps on the Montagne de l'Aup mountain range . The center is situated on 880 m and is the department road D27 with Sigottier in the south and the fund Batie-La connected to the north. The other neighboring communities are Aspremont in the east, L'Épine in the southwest and Valdrôme in the west.
