Puy-Saint-Eusèbe is a French municipality with 138 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Hautes-Alpes in the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur . The municipality belongs to the Gap arrondissement and the Chorges canton (until 2015: Savines-le-Lac canton ).

Puy-Saint-Eusèbe is located at the southwestern flank of the 2,552 m high Mont Guillaume in the area of the mountain massif Massif des Écrins and tells the northwestern neighboring community Réallon a winter sports area . The Réallon River runs along the western boundary of the municipality . Neighboring communities are:
- in the northeast at Embrun ,
- in the southeast at Puy-Sanières ,
- in the south-west on Savines-le-Lac .
