The state constituency of Baden-Baden (constituency 33) is a state electoral district in Baden-Württemberg . It includes the urban district of Baden-Baden as well as the communities of Bühl , Bühlertal , Hügelsheim , Lichtenau , Ottersweier , Rheinmünster and Sinzheim in the Rastatt district .
