The constituency of Ulm (constituency 64) is a state electoral district in the east of Baden-Württemberg . It includes the urban district of Ulm and the surrounding communities of Balzheim , Blaustein , Dietenheim , Erbach , Hüttisheim , Illerkirchberg , Illerrieden , Schnürpflingen and Staig from the Alb-Danube district . 115,796 of the total 171,593 inhabitants of the constituency were eligible to vote in the state elections in 2006.

The boundaries of the state electoral districts were fundamentally redesigned after the district reform of 1973 for the state elections in 1976 and have only been changed selectively since then. Since then, there have been no changes affecting the Ulm constituency.
