The state electoral district of Karlsruhe II (constituency 28) is a state electoral district in Baden-Württemberg . It includes the Karlsruhe districts of Daxlanden , Grünwinkel , Innenstadt-West , Knielingen , Mühlburg , Neureut , Nordstadt , Nordweststadt , Oberreut , Südweststadt and Weststadt . In the last election in 2011, 100,751 residents were entitled to vote.
