The Weinheim constituency (constituency 39) is a state electoral district in Baden-Württemberg . In the state elections in 2006, it included the communities of Dossenheim , Edingen-Neckarhausen , Heddesheim , Hemsbach , Hirschberg an der Bergstrasse , Ilvesheim , Ladenburg , Laudenbach , Schriesheim and Weinheim in the Rhein-Neckar district . In the state elections in 2011 , the constituency division remained unchanged; 106,579 residents were entitled to vote.
