The constituency of Stuttgart III (constituency 03) is a state electoral district in Baden-Württemberg . In the state elections in 2011, it comprised the urban districts of Botnang , Feuerbach , Mühlhausen excluding the district of Neugereut , Münster , Stammheim , Weilimdorf and Zuffenhausen of the urban district of Stuttgart . 90,692 residents were entitled to vote.

The boundaries of the state electoral districts were fundamentally redesigned after the district reform of 1973 for the state elections in 1976 and have only been changed selectively since then. The four Stuttgart constituencies remained unchanged during this period until the 2006 state elections . However, changes in the constituency layout were made for the first time for the 2011 state election. The aim was to largely equalize the size of the four Stuttgart constituencies. For this reason, individual city districts were divided between different constituencies for the 2011 state elections. The constituency of Stuttgart III was reduced by the district of Neugereut, which was incorporated into the constituency of Stuttgart IV .
