The Ligat ha'Al 2010/11 was the 12th season since its inception under that name in 1999 and the 69th season of the highest Israeli division in men's football . It started on August 21, 2010 and ended on May 21, 2011.

Defending champion Maccabi Haifa was able to defend his title.

Preliminary round

In the preliminary round, a double round was played between all 16 teams. The six best-placed clubs then qualified for the championship round, in which , in addition to the Israeli championship, the international starting positions were played out. The clubs in places 7 to 10 played placement games . The remaining six teams played in the relegation round against relegation to the second-rate league Leumit .
