Maisey-le-Duc is a French municipality with 85 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the arrondissement of Montbard and the canton of Châtillon-sur-Seine .

The municipality is crossed by the Ource river. Neighboring municipalities are Villotte-sur-Ource and Courban in the north-west, Louesme in the north-east, Vanvey in the east, Villiers-le-Duc in the south, Châtillon-sur-Seine and Prusly-sur-Ource in the west.
